Acro Dance
Acro is a form of dance that enhances a dancer’s strength, balance and flexibility. It incorporates acrobatic type elements into dance. Common moves in acro would include walkovers, limbers, handstands, chest rolls, etc. Acro moves are taught progressively so the dancer is building skills as time goes by. Acro is very beneficial for any competitive dancer to increase their strength and flexibility in all styles of dance.
